Refuund Policy

1. If a package stays in customs for more than 30 days, there is a high probability that it will be detained by customs. We will contact customs to confirm whether it can pass the inspection. If it is confirmed that it cannot pass the inspection, we will resend a new package.

2. If there is any loss of the package during transportation, we will immediately resend the package or fully refund the order after we double-check that with the shipping company.

3. If any package takes more than 30 workdays but everything is normal, just super slow, we will provide a 10% refund of the order amount.

4. If the tracking information shows delivered, but you still haven't received the package, we will ask the courier company to investigate. If the package is lost after confirming normal delivery, it may have been stolen from the doorstep or mailbox, we are very sorry we can only compensate 10% of the order amount in cash as compensation, or we can resend some of the products to you with your next order if we still have them.

5. We are not responsible for package issues caused by special circumstances: delays in delivery caused by extreme weather, customer refusal to pay customs duties (normally it’s not required), incorrect phone.

6. There are some packages that need to be picked up at the nearest post station. Normally, the post office will contact you and also let us know. We will contact you again to ensure that you can pick up the package at the station in time. For packages that are not picked up due to timeout, we will try to request the courier company to deliver them, but not all post stations provide this service, it depends on your local post office, some will be directly taken or even destroyed by the postman. We are so sorry about this situation and if it happens, we will provide a 10% discount coupon on your order amount. If the package is returned to our store, we will resend the package to you after we receive it, but you should pay for the shipping fee.
